Timber is a natural product and as such is susceptible to changes in temperature and humidity. Splitting and warping may occur which is perfectly natural and will not affect the strength or longevity or any guarantee given on the product.

Timber sheds are treated with a non-toxic treatment during manufacture. Re-treatment should be undertaken on a regular basis to validate the 15 year guarantee against rot and maintain the condition of the wood.

All orders are acknowledged with a receipt of purchase and you will be contacted prior to delivery. Delivery will normally be made within 14
working days from receipt of your order.

Any problems relating to the product must be reported within 14 days
from receipt of delivery. Any claim being made must be supported by
